Service was fine and food taste good. I was disappointed that the burgers are way smaller than they were approximately 3 years ago when I last came to Backyard Burger. The burger was about the size of a McDonald’s sandwich. I thought they still sold large burgers. I drove from Raytown to get me a large burger not a small one at combo prices.
Great food, good prices! Had an issue where an item was missing when I came through the drive through, but I came back up and they replaced the item immediately. Accidents happen, no worries! Will definitely be back.
I used to love this place when it was in my city years ago. I used to go for lunch at least once a week since it was close to my job. This was my second time at this location. The first time was cool because I went through the drive thru. This time I ate in which was a huge mistake. The cashier was very rude. Got my order wrong and the whole situation was a hot mess. The food wasn’t that good either. The tables were dirty. The only thing that was good was the lemonade. Not worth making the 40 minute drive again. Don’t recommend.
