Went here to pick up 2 orders. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I was told it would be another 40 minutes until I could get my food. I heard them tell 4 Uber eats and 3 Door Dash drivers they only have one cook and were backed up. A customer came in saying he ordered food two hours ago and still hadn't gotten his food. The staff seemed confused, very unorganized, unprofessional, lazy and inappropriately dressed. This place seemed unsanitary.

I just ordered there 3 hours ago. I asked them to deliver my food which never came and it’s been three hours. I am absolutely appalled that they didn’t deliver the food. I went by there to see what was taking so long. No one answered the door, but the open signs were on. I ordered there before with no issues. Worst service I ever experienced if I could give them negative stars I would. Don’t order from this place at ALL.

My food was not hot or fresh. My wings were extremely tiny and overcook, the fries were burnt, I had to pick trough only to find about 8 good ones. The red velvet cake was the bomb ????! Best red velvet I have ever had. I was hoping my food would be amazing seeing that it’s hard to mess up something so simple.
