Aye Tea Elle Elevated Tapas

My family suggested the husband and I visit this restaurant during our last visit. We made reservations as the website suggested. It was a Friday night, so we figured better safe than sorry. There was a gentleman "watching" the door, which I found slightly odd for an early Friday evening at a restaurant (it was only 7 pm). All the same, a pleasant young lady greeted us, explained the cash-less environment, and escorted us to our table. What went well: enjoyed the entertainment from the DJ (a fee was automatically added to our bill), our waitress greeted our table within minutes, and dinner was tasty. The salmon, plantains, and spinach were yummy! What could be better: our waitress went missing (another person brought us water and our dinner; no one ever returned to refill the glasses), my rice was lukewarm, and getting service at our table was a struggle. My cousin and I stopped in to experience this fine establishment about a week ago. Even though we did not have reservations, we were given the option to either be seated at a table or at the bar - we chose the bar. The restaurant was nicely decorated and had a nice aesthetic to it. It also had an outside patio with heated lamps where the hookah smokers could indulge. The bartender was very nice. She mixed us up a cocktail to try since it was our first time which had a bubble at the top of the martini glass. We ordered the tapas appetizer sampler with red snapper bites, veggie egg rolls, and the wings, a side of macaroni and cheese, and the brownie with ice cream for dessert. Everything was good, especially the mac and cheese. The veggie egg rolls were my least favorite. They had a DJ for entertainment while we were there as well jamming on the 1’s and 2’s! Overall, I will be back soon and highly recommend for a late night date or drinks with friends.

I came to the establishment for my sisters birthday and it was clean and the vibe was calm but grown. The prices was around the same as the other restaurants on Main Street. I had the turkey burger with fries and it was filling. Cool environment…. You should check this place out! They have an entertainment fee and gratuity of 20% is automatically included in your bill.
