Seataliano's Pizza & Pasta

TL;DR Trust the reviews. We missed a late flight, got stuck, ordered delivery, and the food made up for the bum night. Staying at the Hampton. We got menus from the desk and compared reviews/photos. Seataliano's seemed too good to be true so we passed. Called another pizza place, they didn't answer. We lost hope. We took a shot on calling Seataliano's and the young woman who took the order was very soft spoken and well mannered. We successfully ordered a 14" cheese pizza and 10 wings. ( She let us to split the wings. 5 lemon pepper, 5 garlic parm) The young woman quoted 45 to 55 minutes and I lost hope again. After 45 minutes, I receive a call. The driver asks to meet in the hotel lobby. I grew irate and asked if he could come upstairs but he says no. I later came to the conclusion that this may be for the driver's safety. He was very polite in the lobby and delivered hot & fresh food. My day has been weary and this delivery order has me elated. They made everything better with one piz

Ordered early this Saturday for a 4:00 delivery -- figured with it being a holiday weekend, earlier was better. 10 minutes before pizza was to be delivered the restaurant cancelled my order with no explanation. They won't get a second chance!

The service was perfect. The delivery was right on time from their estimate. The pizza was bland. The salad was robust and fresh. The wings were from tiny sick little chickens. Would not go back. I give this place a A- grade just because of their above and beyond service and not because of the flavor.. Video review coming to the Jack on the Go show on YouTube.
