A&W Restaurant

I ordered from the A&W menu the papa Burger combo. I asked for no pickles and crispy fries. The hamburger was cold, no tomatoes, no lettuce and I got 9 soggy and cold fries. Because the lobby is closed and there we was a line on the drive thru, I was unable to to talk to the staff. We tried going into the lobby but it was closed and the staff didn't come to the door. I paid 10 dollars for a very disappointing meal. Not what I am used to with A&W.

Waited 20 min for my burger and ice cream Sunday. 6 people waiting for their orders. Workers on snail pace speed. Drive threw worker nothing to do, on his phone and not helping his others. 2 stars cause the burger was actually good.

This KFC has had issues, incomplete orders overcooked food, rude employees. But today's order was correct and complete. I was served in an efficient amount of time. The food was perfect. Caitlin served me and she was sooooooo nice and happy. Hopefully things stay this way. Thanks for a great dinner.
