Au Jus

We’ve been anticipating the opening for a few weeks. Ordered Italian beef and onion rings. Onion rings were freshly battered & very good! Sandwich was good as well. Au jus was delicious! Will return. Pressed pepperoni sandwich & pickle chips are next on the list to try! Vegetarian options: Mushroom, onion, pepper & cheese hoagie. Vegetarian sides.

Spot on authenticity… Best Chicago beef than if ya went to Chicago.. the meat holds up good with the bread as well , which makes for a good “haunch “ in eating terms it’s legs in a squat position with the elbows up so you don’t get the delicious “gravy “ running down your elbows ! Great change of pace when ya tired of the burger and chicken places .. watched the food made in front of me as with the place being new ( I went in and ordered ) With that said the place was immaculate.. staff friendly… especially one of the owners ( I believe his name was Jakob ) . Highly recommended!!

Got the Italian beef. It was excellent. Good bread, nice bread to meat ratio, tasty au jus with tender beef. Its filling. Also got one with the sausage which was delicious. Fries were hot and crispy. Cant wait to try the Cuban and onion rings. Nice people , support local independent restaurants! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
