The line was a little long, so my husband went inside. We were there for 25 mins, and they said they were waiting for fries.. the thing was the drive thru was serving car after car. (I'm sure one of the 8-10 cars had to have gotten French fries) I feel like because there is no timer that keeps score for the people waiting on the inside, they didn't rush at all.. (i know most fast food restuarants get scored on how long cars are waiting while in the drive thru line) moral of the story, if they are busy don't go inside.
They just close whenever they feel like it. Friday night says open til midnight they close at 10pm. Waiting in the drive thru line they shut off all the lights as you pull up to the speaker
I wish I had gone someplace else today. I didn't get what I ordered, I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. I ordered a wagu burger and was charged for and received a double which explains why it was much more than the menu price. The burger itself was great but the fries tasted like they had been sitting there since I placed my order. It wasn't worth trying to get new ones. I didn't have time to wait any longer because I spent so much time waiting for my food. I just ate the burger and threw the fries away. I give the atmosphere a 3 star because the tables were clean but my shoes stuck to the floor of the dining area like a dirty men's room or movie theater. It was kind of disconcerting. In their defense, they said someone called off, and I think it might have been the cashier's first day. Maybe it's not always like this.
