I sat at the bar during dinner time and it wasn’t busy and waited 20 mins and still wasn’t waited on or served. not even to ask if I wanted water. I had 2 waiters and a bartender look me in the eyes and then turn away. I also raised my hand and said I haven’t been served and was ignored. Terrible service. Too busy dancing and singing and not doing there job.

This is one of the only dining options in Terminal T and always busy. The food is 3 stars and they have a some decent bourbons/whiskeys. The main issue is the bar is always a mess. Dirty and half filled glasses sit around for too long drawing flies and giving the place a dirty feel. The bar tenders are never in a hurry to serve and I’ve been staring at the last guest’s mess for 20 minutes.

I sat at a table for 40 minutes without the server saying a word to me other than I’ll be back when he brought a beer to the table next to me. But I waited for 25 minutes after that and he never came to take my order. Eventually I just had to leave so I could get food elsewhere before my flight.
