AWFUL TERRIBLE Cust Service! I was, literally, ignored and forgotten about. Got there early to relax and have a few drinks before my flight, ended up having one and waited over 55 min for shrimp with about 17 ppl in the whole place. Whomever the girl they are training should not be hired cuz she was awful! The lady training her took forever to give me THE WRONG ticket when I asked for it! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I'd rather take my chances at McDonald's

Flying out to Sacramento from Hartsfield Jackson Atl Airport my family and I (3 adults, 3 kids) stopped in this restaurant with an hour and a few minutes to spare before boarding. Upon entering the for lunch we asked and were asked how much time we'd have before boarding and were told that we could be accommodated. As we started to order we're informed that any red meat would 25-30 minutes for a med - med well, so there was only chicken an salad left to choose from. We ordered 4 (6) piece chicken finger appetizers, 1 fry, 1 side salad, 1 Caesar salad and 2 mashed potatoes. The food took in total about 45 - 50 minutes because everything came at different times. Luckily we had time to at least eat something and get to boarding in time. To whom ever concerns themselves this post is not bashing the company or staff but, as traveler's every second counts against you being where you're supposed to be when you're supposed to be there. Terrible service and attitude. Had to wait for my daughter to arrive. Took 10 minutes for the waitress to arrive. Burger took another 30 minutes. I was in no mood of eating. Returned the food, paid for the wine and walked. No remorse shown! Avoid!!!!
