Asahi Teppenyaki & Sushi

Looks great, but there was not much flavor. The steak had no seasoning at all, just a burnt taste. The sushi was plated beautifully, but it was pretty bland over all. Nice atmosphere apart from some annoying guests. The Kabuki roll (not pictured) was good.

Pretty good hibachi. I think it is better than the previous one we went. But because they only had one chef we had to sit next to a large group and eat according to their schedule which is after their sushi appetizers. Clean and good teppanyaki place.

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations from this restaurant, but may be for the people who are trying the hibachi restaurant for the first time this is a good option. I have tried hibachi restaurants in other cities too, this restaurant is strictly fine when compared with my previous experience. Avocado spring rolls were average and the sauce that came with them is tasteless. The main course’s rice was stale, yum-yum sauce was strictly good, ginger sauce was good. Staff were nice, the setup and environment is unique and great. It just the food itself is just average, flavorless. For the high price paid the quality and taste of the food, don’t live up.
