My partner and I frequent this restaurant often however after our recent visit Fri 7/8/22 I’m not sure we will be bck. It’s was a later dinner for us so I called to ensure the kitchen was open we were told it wouldn’t be closing till 10 and we literally live 3mins away. When we got there we sat for about 5mins no one acknowledged us so my partner walked to the bar to get menus. Finally a young guys came to the table asked if we wanted drink got them and came bck quickly said he’d give us a sec. We knew they were closing soon so we made our selection quickly yet after three times of trying to get his attention and him walking right passed us we ended up sitting for another 15mins when he finally came back he took our order only to return 2secs latter to say “oh sorry everything but the fryers off!” Now this kid had walked back and forth for the last 20 mins passed our table to the kitchen and bck yet he didn’t know the kitchen had shut down? To top it all of he was rude as heck and seem
There was a hair melted into the cheese on my chicken sandwich. When I told the waitress, she instantly got an attitude and stormed off with my plate. After about 20 minutes she returned with another employee and handed me what looked like a ‘tray’ of food you’d receive in prison. The sandwich wasn’t heated or seasoned at all this time, and I found it weird that it took two employees to bring it to me. I ended up just feeding it to my dog. Definitely won’t be going back there ever again!
We stopped for dish on a Friday during lent. Service was good but fish was just ok. Nothing special, seemed like frozen prepared fish. We were hoping for a hand battered fresh fish dinner.
