This place has really declined. I came in to pick up some tacos for my husband and not only did they get the protein wrong on 2 of the tacos they charged me for toppings that they did not put on the tacos. I didn't notice until I got home. They also have obviously changed the recipe for the steak. Usually the steak has a clear char-grilled taste. This time the steak tasted like they boiled the meat in a pot and then chopped it up to serve. Not the same AT ALL. Called back several times once I was home and noticed the issues. No one picked up the phone any of the the times. Between paying for parking even though my process took 15 minutes max, having to pay for salsa and the quality of food/service I will spend my money elsewhere. Sad bc we have frequented this and the Carrboro location many times in the past and have never had an issue.

My office ordered tacos for lunch and when we returned back to the office our tacos were not labeled and we had to open everyone's order to see what belonged to who and our orders were incorrect . We was short a taco and the toppings were incorrect on some . When we called to complain we could not get anyone at first and then when they replaced the tacos we went to pick-up the 2nd time around , a comment was made by one of the employees that our office was not allowed to make orders here no more. The employee said they would not take our order from our office again, and that their cook was not wrong. No worries will never eat there again. Really bad customer service and the food was not that great. Really this place gets no stars.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and always ordered veggie nachos. My food experience today was awful, which is pretty incredible! How can you mess up something simple like nachos?! Chips were stale. Beans were cold and bland. Hardly any queso on the nachos. Hardly any toppings. Respond all you want however that doesn’t change the fact that the food was bland and overpriced. Not to mention, we have to pay to park now?! Trash, and won’t come waste my time or money to come back. It’s pretty pathetic since this place has been a staple of downtown Raleigh for years.
