Went with the Versos Clásicos and enjoyed every dish and wine. Somm Freya significantly enhanced the experience with her vast knowledge and sweet personality. It’s always nice when your Somm is down to earth. The Sake was an interesting choice and pleasant surprise - I will be asking for Sake a lot more now.
