Arby's

Can’t get an order correct to save their lives. I paid for a Prime Rib Cheesesteak meal and got a Greek Gyro instead. I tried calling the restaurant to speak with someone about it but the line stayed busy for over an hour. The management should be ashamed of this location. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Sad because I like Arby’s but this location doesn’t seem to care about quality service.

Revisited today and fruit flys flying around the drink machine and ketchup area Dead fly on the counter messy lobby large fry the size of a small nobody but one person was wearing a hat or hair nets

Out of a couple of things which we tried to order...but that's reasonable with current shortages. What's not reasonable is paying for a kid's meal and not getting the juice box you requested. Unfortunately, this is not the first time items have been missing/wrong from orders here. You'd think I'd learn to check, but there are always customers behind me and I feel bad holding up the line!
