Arby's

Sunday, May 28th at 3:30pm. The food was ok. The lady at the register was slightly rude. Possibly the manager as she was the oldest person working. No clean tables. There was a caution wet floor sign in front of garbage cans. Garbage was overflowing. There was liquid coming from under the garbage area, floor sticky beyond belief. My husband went in the bathroom and said it was absolutely filthy, and he's not one to complain. My mother went to bathroom and walked back out because it was unusable. My mother told the boy behind the counter the place needed some desperate attention and he just looked at her like he didn't understand. So I never made it into the bathroom to at least wash my son's hands so he left a mess.

Weekday staff is superb. Weekend staff not so much and they can be rude. I asked to sub Mayo for tartar on a fish sandwich (which I've done dozens of times during the week). The weekday crew is professional and does it. The young weekend kids say they don't have mayo and can't do it and then get extremely rude when I explain to them they do have mayo. They just say thar Mayo isnt an optoon at Arby's snd then berate me. I just go to Wendy's up the street if the weekday daytime crew isn't there on the weekends. I don't need to be yelled at for asking for Mayo. Kudos though to all the weekday daytime staff - ya'll understand customer service.

$7.31 for this? Got a reuben, only the sandwich, and this is what half it looked like. Bit into it and it felt thin, opened it up and realized why Ridiculous! Pay more, get less!
