I love this Arby's! I have had the pleasure of being helped almost always by the same person, David (Dupont)?) for about 10 years...really! He is a hidden gem who I hope mgmt uses to train others on customer service 101. Order always correct, fresh and delicious! With a friendly exchange and professional service from David I look forward to my visits through the fast, rarely too busy, drive thru in Travel America Center
Not only was our cashier extremely knowledgeable on the menu he was kind and super friendly. I wanted to use contact less pay but they aren't able to at this location which is why I gave 4 stars. Food was delicious, perfect temperature and quick. Will return to this location.
This place always puts out good food. I was a little worried at first, because it's attached to a truck stop gas station, but they have always done a good job for me. I've gone probably 10 times over the last few years.
