Usually this place is awesome.. tonight I’m not sure what the heck happened. $15 wasted.. both classic roast beef n cheddar sandwich dry dry dry…smh.. turkey n Swiss had dry stale bread, whole slice of tomato on one side hardly had any turkey.. tried calling the store several times no answer… will be going to see manager in the morning.. or calling cooperate
I can't believe the sandwiches that I was given in the drive through for my order. I ordered 2 turkey, bacon, ranch Market fresh sandwiches with extra ranch only to get home and have some turkey and bacon on dry bread. My daughter decided to go by after work and order sandwiches to replace those only to get turkey with ranch on bread. No cheese, no veggies, just unacceptable. I would post the pics but don't see a way to. Like a friend of mine said, a 4 year old could make a better sandwich. The 2 stars are only for the fries.
5 stars! Great customer service. Always quick and clean. The atmosphere is more like a family diner than a franchise. I just love how we were checked on at the table just before finishing, making sure everything was good. This is the best Arby's I have ever been to.
