We stumbled upon this great restaurant as we were driving through Paris. Food was excellent and you get plenty to fill you up and take home leftovers. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the sushi rolls were delightful. Definitely will stop again in our travels
Absolutely love the friendly atmosphere! The food was fantastic! Vegetarian options: There are some nice vegetarian options. The Green Machine is one of the BEST vegetarian sushis I have ever had! Parking: Parking is tight. The spaces are quite small even for a normal sized car. With all the big trucks in the area, it makes parking a bit close.
Well done! We eat here every month or so. The food was very good - especially the sushi, and that is compared to places in Dallas - as good as a high end sushi place, can't be because this is Paris, TX, but very very good. The service was refreshingly "wonderful"! The changes to staff you have made should pay off. Oh, the service was on par with a nice restaurant in Dallas - well done!
