Arby's

Just as expected an Arby's. Tasted fine curly fries were super fresh so that was appreciated. They do not have sauces out anymore I'm guess due to COVID-19 protocols. Ordering online is pointless because they don't have enough staff to keep the store open for walk ins, so you have to sit in line anyway to get your food. Online orders also sometimes take a long time to show up for these poor overworked staff, so they are always left in a rush and sometimes forget stuff. General Arby's product quality has gone down a fair amount in the last 5 years and this location is no exception. Friendly staff are hit or miss, but I don't blame them, they're probably all struggling. The owners need to get their act together and start paying real wages so they can be fully staffed and operational again. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Very disappointed... I pull up in the drive-thru I order 2classic roast beef for $6.. Gentlemen ask, do want Arby's sauce,I say sure a few packs... asked if I would like anything else.. I say yes, I would like a med fry... Well I pull over in the parking lot there to eat, I see I got curly fries instead, and no Arby's sauce for my sandwiches.. That's terrible service... $9 after tax.... not sure if I'll ever be back after this experience....
