Arby's

This is the box my sandwich came in, I picked up the sandwich and set it on a napkin. There was so much sauce on it, everytime I picked it up the chicken slid out of the bun. The bun was absolutely soggy. The only reason Id give them 2 starts is because the curly fries were fresh.

I have been trying to go to Arbys for about a month now. Everytime I go to Arbys they are closed. I see all the commercials seems like such a waste I don’t get to get any food. 7:50 pm this restaurant is closed? What is happening ? O’Fallon MO restaurant is demolished, lake St. Louis closed on Saturday at 7:50pm closed? What’s happening?

I love Arby's and usually have a good experience. Especially love their chicken salad sandwiches in the summer! However, this location disappointed my friend and me. First of all, it was really slow, which isn't the usual. We ordered one chicken salad sandwich and asked to have it cut in half so we could share it. The young man at the window said they can't cut them in half because of allergies, not sure what that means. We asked for a knife so we could cut it. When we got to the window he had given us two chicken salad sandwiches, and we said we only ordered one. He said, "You ordered two", and didn't offer to change it. We didn't want to hold up the line so we took it, but we won't be back.
