Arby's

I spent 17.10 and got nothing I ordered or could eat. I asked for extra sauce for gyro, which was not even in the bag, and sauce for the beef n cheddar, which was also not in the bag and he gave it to me knowing he didn't just give that to me. The guy at the drive thru was 1/2 asleep, I asked what is wrong, he said they were short staffed. I told him thanks and I'm sorry and drove off. I got home 20 minutes later to see I got a burger, beef with some white stuff on it and a spicy chicken. I ate what I could coz I was starving, but always check your bag.

After ordering food, I see the manager standing outside smoking. I get my food, the fries are cold...10 minutes in line, the manager was still smoking...out of sauces too. Manager seems to stand outside and smoke. Not visiting this location again.

Had missing sandwiches in my order and found out after I got home. So I called and the manager right away knew the situation and very quickly resolved it. Pick up my order today and made sure to improve my experience there. Greasy Arby’s I have been too, and will continue to go back.????????
