Arby's

I am a bit more than confused about the last two visits here. I came inside about two weeks ago and ordered a ruben. The cashier was training, and the manager was letting him swim some. I asked for the 1000 dressing not to be put on, sub with spicy mustard. Cashier is struggling but the cook in the back hollers up to the front line that he heard it, confirmed with me and had my sandwich on the counter before I could even pay. It was AWESOME five stars all the way. A couple of days ago we opted to have an easy dinner and came through the drive through to get a sack of sandwiches. My wife always orders a sandwich as no bun and wrapped in lettuce. We get home to massive disappointment as the wrap was some meat thrown on top of some shredded lettuce in a clamshell. No effort at all. For some reason the meat in all the sandwiches was soggy and completely devoid of taste. It was like eating meat water. Didn't finish, total one star experience. Food was reasonably good, the drive through wait was a bit long during a not so busy regular meal time, probably short staffed which is understandable. The staff that was there were nice and did their job well.

Ordered a Diablo chicken sandwich and a Buffalo chicken sandwich- got 2 diablos, can't eat it because it's too spicy. Called the store and no answer, was too far away to turn back when I realized.
