Ordered 2 king size roast beef and fries. The buns were the size of a regular sandwich and the meat was cold, dry and rubbery and lacked flavor. The fries were cold and tasteless. What a disappointment. It's been 6 years since I've had the opportunity to have Arby's and I was really looking forward to it.... I will NOT be going back. Bye Arby's.
We noticed filling up our self-service beverages, the area was untidy with drips down the front of the cabinet. Going back to the dining area, it was gross. Food on the floor, one table had the remains of someone's dinner. This was at 7 in the evening and didn't appear too busy. Employees seemed to be joking around. We went to discard our trash but couldn't get the paper liner off the tray. The trash receptacle was nasty, so I didn't want to touch it to discard my trash. Recommend taking your meal out!
Ordered beef and cheddar classic. There was more bun than meat. Bun also was dry. This was also the first time I'd been back in two years. Update:The link won't open
