Nadia needs customer service training. Asking every 2 minutes if we are ready to order is rude. When people are ready they will come up to the register. Also talking about customers while they are still in the stor is gross. Manager Aldo asked 2 seconds after employee did, she was also on her phone...our phones hold more bacteria than a toilet seat One star for the gentleman on headset that came out to ask us about food One star for hot food
I hate eating out late at night. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice. My curly fries were cold. The beef and cheddar was horrible. Tje cashier was swirling the peach syrup in my lemonade with a knife like she was making some type of concoction. Look at the photo attached that was the cheddar on my cold bun. This is sad and ridiculous!
After waiting 15 mins for our food and rudely being asked to pull forward (with no cars behind us or even in the drive thru line) items were wrong , missing sauces that we asked for. No napkins. No receipt. Very disappointed.
