I'm weird So I eat dessert before my food since it takes so long and let me tell you, that 'Sizzlin Pecan Blondie', I could eat all day. One time I went just to eat 6 of those???????? Although 6 customers including us were waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes while staff stood at the bar talking *Wasn't Busy*. NevertheLess, Our Server was on it like White On Rice. Very pleased with everything as usual????????????????My Crew loved it also. -Dom
We arrived between 430 and 500 pm on Saturday 10/22/22, maybe 2 to 3 tables occupied, we were told it would be a 10/15 min wait. Didn’t understand. Finally got sat, ordered our dinner, food came out, husband didn’t get his ordered, claiming the kitchen never got order when she entered it in system, he finally got his burger, we were done eating by then, mind you , no apologies at all for inconvenience. Had to flag down waitress for refills, mind u not busy at all. Grandson wanted Oreo shakes to go, that took 25 minutes to make and get.. Will not be back to this location! Staff needs more customer service training!
