Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was good but we were placed in a section that was not being serviced which caused an extended wait to be served. After notifying the staff they did shift things around to get us served. The gentleman that was assigned to us was very attentive and humble. This error fell on the host but was corrected by our server. No manager came to apologize for the mishandling of our family. Parking: There is ample parking.

A solid "meh" experience - food was palatable, service left quite a bit to be desired - after a substantial wait, we got our food before we even got water to drink... Usually one expects the opposite. The plus was it was relatively cheap. Go in with low expectations, and you won't be too disappointed.

We stopped in 10/14/22 for the Handcrafted Burger promo & were told that they had no buns. Ok stuff happens but the young kid host needs hospitality training. Two older ladies were waiting to be greeted in a almost empty restaurant. He informed us they were short on servers & that we should sit in the waiting area that was cold. I asked why can't we be seated & well wait for the server. He said "I don't make the rules". We had to change our menu choices when we specifically went for the promo. Our server was pleasant & accommodating. Server 5 ???? - host 1 ????
