Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ordered the Shrimp Parmesan Sirloin. Half of the steak was gristle. The guy behind me sent two steaks back. Not sure what was going on with the steak cook that night. I'm giving 4 stars because the server was pleasant and they replaced my whole meal.

Inexperienced staffed, rude management, food quality itself was poor. Only thing worth coming for was the drinks. Won’t be coming here again, it’s disrespectful how they treated my partner and I and my brother and his wife who were with us and they are military members.

I've visited this location or more than one occasion and to be honest it's not horrible but it's not all that great either. The atmosphere was overall lively but a little too noisy if you sit close to the bar, the service was okay the waiter I had was nice enough. The food was a huge disappointment, it wasn't very flavorful and very watered down with a "Mac n cheese" sauce. The chicken was pretty good, there was only three pieces on top of the pasta that was supposed to be macaroni and cheese. I can't say that I won't ever return back to this location, as there are other items on the menu I do like, and the overall service wasn't bad, but I will probably never get that dish again.
