Applebee's Grill + Bar

We waited for 15 minutes to be seated while 5 employees ran around the store ignoring us and ended up seating ourselves. The hostess kept going in the back room for 15-20 minutes then would seat a few people then go back into the back again. The bar tender served us and did a good job keeping up with everything. They had a TON of empty tables and now I know why. I will not be going back anytime soon.

The server was nice but the service wasn't very good we were there for about two hours (only my sister and I) and there were tables that were empty so they weren't busy for a Friday night. The food appeared to look nice but the food did not taste the greatest. We ate about half our meals (we were hungry and also did not want to appear rude, and my sister's meal needed a knife which we asked for multiple times, when we finally got one, we were finished eating) but couldn't eat anymore, felt like we were forcing ourselves. We did not feel well that evening. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the staff was nice.

The WORST dining experience EVER!!! There was literally ONE server and all of these non working "Manager's " walking around! I legit had to ask for napkins to wipe my hands after eating hot wings. I asked the waitress if the wings were only drums and was told, "No, it was a good mixture." Well see picture for my good mixture. No refills on drinks. Everytime I asked it was, " one minute." One minute turned into 30 minutes. I was there an hour and 49 minutes to receive wings( that came out cold as heck that had to take to go salad and a corn dog kid's meal. ???????? Just close up if you don't have the staff. Save your money!
