Apollonia Mediterranean Greek Restaurant

Ordered the greek salad thinking it was going to be a big portion, the server comes with a plate with some lettuce and 3-4 peices of gyro meat. I used to come to the place often and I know their usual portions. I think the manager should get some proper training before serving others. I didn't even touch my food. I just paid and got out. I will not be coming back. I wish I took a pic before I left to show you guys how bad it was. Photo is from cafe nova. Large gyro salad, around same price.

Tasty souvlaki and kind servers. Edited to add: had a tasty lunch here today. There seemed to only be one waitress for the entire restaurant, but she was very cheerful with everyone and incredibly efficient. She brought drink refills, extra napkins, checked on how everything tasted. Very kind service. I made sure to tip well--servers are unappreciated and working very hard right now. Update 7/31/22: terrible experience. It took ages to get my salad, then my entree came five minutes later. Tiny piece of salmon, maybe 3 oz, for $18.95. Manager or someone arguing with a waitress about how many tips he owes her, there in the dining room, and it seemed like he was cheating her out of a great deal of them. Staff seemed out of it. Had to ask for the check and then ask for the payment to be run so I could leave. Smoke alarm was chirping the whole time. Waitstaff cursing loudly and complaining about being SO BUSY. I was the only person there. I won't be back.

I go there every once in a while and I think its the best greek food in the area. Although, the quantities have shrunk in half from the last time I went. It breaks my heart to give them a bad review but I hope management will see this and start making the dishes like you used to. If you are the boss you know what I mean man. The soda was flat, the beer was old, every item on the menu was half the size from two years ago. I wont be back for a while and that will hurt you guys and cause even more shrinkage. Come on man
