Too much rules, can’t place an order through the phone if your going to dine in, and if your going to dine in they can’t sell you a 2 litter soda because is only for delivery orders ????. Never heard of this before. Not even taking into consideration of the kids under rain and hungry. If I can’t get full service where I’m willing to pay, why stay. Customer service should be priority. A customer shouldn’t feel not welcome.
I have visited this place before. It has had several owners but great pizza, not anymore,! It was like eating an artificial plant. Today I come in and all you can hear is Spanish vulgarities coming from the back. It was unpleasant to sit and wait for your pizza and have to hear the unpleasant joking in the air. I hope that these men have cleaner hands than they have a mouth. I will not be returning.
Awful customer service. I requested a pizza from their menu (Extravaganza Supreme) through uber and Anthony's pizza were the ones actually cooking the pizza not uber or the delivery guy. Got a cheese pizza instead of a Supreme for 36 including tip. Check your orders before handing over to your uber delivery person.
