Truthfully more attention can be paid to cleaning. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is begging for attention. Additional supplies near the restroom could be better organized and or creatively hidden. With all that being said, the food is FLAVORFUL! Everything we ordered was respectfully seasoned. I knew my husband agreed when he paused eating to turn his Hat backwards before continuing. Yiu know food is good when you are willing to overlook dirt. We will happily return.

Anise Pho is small restaurant. It's popular for Vietnamese food. They do have outside sitting arrangement too. Thay had few vegetarian options rest they substitute with tofu. In my dish they added the fried tofu which was very chuvy. Upon request, they change it with less fried tofu. Unfortunately, the replaced tofu had so much fish smell and viered taste that I left it without eating one piece. The starter was terrible. The thai tea was OK. The other dishes like sandwiches, cilantro/lemon soup etc. Were ok too. Features: Servers were wearing mask.

Their Summer Rolls are very tasty, but a little on the small side. I had the Chicken Pho and the broth was FANTASTIC. Not oily or greasy like other Pho I've had around town, and the flavors were wonderful - you can really taste all of the spices. Generous portion of noodles and meat too. Edit: Totally forgot to include how lovely and light their teas are. Perfect amount of sweetness in my strawberry bubble tea, and the boba was delicate, springy and fluffy <3
