We came here last Sunday. We were greeted really nicely and was recommended the ceviche embrujado because it is the most “filling” of the ceviches according to the man in front! He told us it would take 15-20 minutes and we waited about 40 minutes! We waited and at 30 minutes, we finally checked in for our order because a lot of people after us got their food! They must have forgotten. Anyways, we finally got our food and we were rather disappointed with the proportions. It is totally fine if it’s small, but the fact that he told us this was the most filling and it had smaller proportions compared to their other ceviches, seemed like he just wanted us to pick the most expensive thing on the menu instead. It did not taste that fresh and it had a lot of fishy taste that was overwhelming. We went home and looked up that reviews of the dish. We were obviously not given everything we had ordered. There are 2 pictures. The first picture is what we ordered and what was given to us untouched.

My experience is based on pollo a la brasa, I haven't tried other dishes. I ordered 1/4 of pollo a la brasa white chicken. However, I got 1/8 or a little more than that, but definitely not 1/4 (check the photo). The chicken was clearly missing by far the tip of the breast. At first, I thought this was a mistake, that they were serving me just 1/8. However I was told that "in our countries they usually serve more". This phrase makes me think they are not Peruvians (which makes sense because they sell food from other South American countries as well). But by saying that, they wanted me to think that this is common in US... Really? I've been living in different states so far and have tried already 4 restaurants in Houston and they always gave me a complete 1/4 of chicken. 1/4 of chicken includes full 1 wing with full side part of the breast (including the tip). 1/4 of a chicken is universal. Everyone knows about it. Then they told me that probably the chef cut it a "little" high when he w
