Stopped by for breakfast a few times during our visit to South Boston. Our server Sam was awesome. The breakfasts plates are delicious! I splurged and tried their creme brulee French toast... OMG!!!
We had brunch there twice, breakfast once, and the building felt historic, service was very friendly and helpful, The portions were all large and we enjoyed the pancakes and repeated the crème brulé french toast, more desert than breakfast, but not what you get back in England so fun for some more American and Boston experience. My 18 year old son had the breakfast steak. Which was super tasty but we were all frankly stuffed before starting our day of visiting the tourist sites.
Over several days we had dinner and several breakfasts. All were very, very good. The eggs were perfectly cooked every time and the portions were plenty to get your through the day. The clam chowder was very good and the fish & chips were perfectly cooked. It's a great neighborhood place with great food, portions and service.
