I love this restaurant! I was in the neighborhood and just randomly stumbled upon it. The food was absolutely amazing. I'm not in the area often, but I wish I were - I would order from this spot regularly if I lived closer!! All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, as well! Can't wait to come back.
I'm in town feeding a crew that is putting together an event at SOWA Power station (just behind the restaurant). I have a group of 30 and when I placed the order online they called immediately to confirm (big plus). I ordered the gyro plate and added grilled chicken. Everything was on time, individually packaged and just as I expected. Thank you for the terrific meal, the amazing customer service and most importantly - the attention to detail so that nothing was missed. I had a dairy-free crew member and they went out of their way to set it up aside from the rest, nicely labeled. Outstanding!! Also, the honey mustard dressing was a nice touch. All too often it's a basic dressing that is predictable. This was a nice surprise and also goes great with the chicken. Very well rounded meal.
Have mixed feelings about this restaurant. Came here last night to eat in with a friend an hour before they closed and the employees and everyone seemed great. My friend’s lamb shish kebab combo tasted great. My chicken shawarma combo had overcooked, dry chicken but plate was generally enjoyable. Good food though not the best I’ve ever had. However, food did not agree with me and I’m writing this from the floor of my hotel room at 2AM having just thrown up some of the food. Friend seems to be sleeping just fine though.
