Amistad Grill Restaurant

I will save you the trouble if reading a looong review. Hands down, this place is AMAZING! The food is delicious, the server was super nice and attentive, the prices great, portion size perfect, and the restaurant is clean! Do your self a favor and try them for yourself. I’ve lived in Homestead my whole life and just found out about them from a friend in Broward. Glad I finally found them.

Sooooooo we have been wanting to come to this restaurant ever since we knew it appeared in Restaurant Impossible....we finally did so let's start from the entrance Veronica one of the owners was great at receiving us we sat the place has great music playing and it's neatly clean and organized. I started with the beef empanadas they were nice and plump with beef and over all flavourful then I asked for a pizza empanada and I had to ask for another one because 1 was not enough. I had the pork chop with sweet potato puree. The pork chop was beautifully cooked with a gorgeous color then potatoe puree was yummy silliness and the smoky flavored red cabbage was the bang to the great dish. My spouse had the Parmigian chicken and it was crounchylisious.....to end she had the fried oreo empanada well I have to say she ate it all did not share my tasting piece....in a nutshell will come back because the food andservice were spectacular.......Thank you for the chat it was great.

Gorgeous restaurant, delicious food and warm and friendly staff. Best empanadas I've ever had. Met the owner and chef, Omar, and his wife was our server. Such sweethearts. Definite homestead hidden gem!!
