Amazing food and service!!!! Today I had the pasta special and it was amazing. I’ve had the pizza and parm sandwich before and knew I had to come back. Great prices too!!! There’s so much I need to come back again and taste.
Pizza 8/10 Chicken wings 7/10 Solid pizza place for inoffensive New York style pizza. Probably the best NY pizza I've had in Texas, and really good chicken wings for a pizza place. The workers were really friendly. The inside of the restaurant was kinda humid which made it feel a little gross, even though it wasn't actually dirty inside. I will definitely be back for take out.
Giving a one star because zero isn't allowed. Ordered a pizza through Door Dash. Pizza arrived just fine. Each took out a slice - after two bites, I noticed something sticking out of the back of the crust. I tore open the crust and pulled out a METAL SHAVING. Horrified, we called Ali's and explained what happened. She said we'd have to call Door Dash to resolve it, since we ordered through them. Which, if it was a delivery issue, would make sense, but DOOR DASH DIDN'T MAKE MY PIZZA. We asked if the person telling us this was the manager - she wasn't. We asked if we could talk to the manager, Betty, but it turns out Betty was somehow not available. Finally the woman on the phone said she'd call Betty and let her know the situation. A short time later, the employee called back and asked if we'd send some photos of the metal piece to a number she gave us. We sent photos of the metal piece, the spot where I pulled it out of my pizza, how much pizza we ate (literally two bites for both of u
