Wingstop

This was one of my FAVORITE Wingstop’s. They were always so prompt and precise but lately that has not been the case. They would say “your order will be ready in 20mins” and it would be. Now they say that and you get there and are waiting another 20-30mins. I have lost count on the times I have placed an order and my wings are undercooked or I pay for extra dips, then get home and 1 if not all are not in the bag. The undercooked wings have been so bad I have to request extra well done just so that I can ensure they are fully cooked. When before I would request “extra well done” when I wanted my wings crispier. This would not even be much to complain about if the price matched the quality, but it doesn’t. When paying $20-25 bucks for a 15pc bone in combo I should at least get well cooked food, if not what I asked for!

It was a late time for my supper but I stopped by on my way home about 7pm or so as Wingstop didn't look like it had much of a crowd. Although the place was pretty empty of live bodies, I assume the wing people had plenty of online orders cooking, because it took them a good 35 minutes to bag my chicken burger, fries and soda. And what's with those huge brown paper bags? My burger and fries was hardly worth the waste of a BIG bag. 5 minutes later I'm home and walking into my kitchen with this GIANT brown bag and I set it on the counter, quickly reaching down into this cave of a bag for my fries and OMGosh, who let the salt out?? I've never in my life tasted such an over abundance of salt on any dish I have ever tasted. And to top that off? I had ordered a lemon pepper chicken sandwich, no pickle please, but then it didn't have anything else on it but cold big buns. No ketchup, no mayo, nothing to keep it from being dry as dust.
