The atmosphere was okay, we we're seated right away although it took about 15 minutes before we we're acknowledged to get at least a drink order. Very disappointed in the price for a single order of steak fajitas that was served with 3 small pieces of steak on a bed of what looked like 2 onions and no bell pepper in sight, for over $20. I completely understand that the price of food has increased but the price didn't match the quantity given especially when we've gone to other Mexican restaurants with more/better menu options and better portions. The manager did explain that's what the portion sizes look like and she offered more meat which was awesome but in the future that's what it looks like. That was generous of her. Unfortunately future us will not be going back there.
The food is pretty good, sort of authentic, Americanized like most Mexican restaurants. Cleanliness is not great. Servers friendly enough, although somewhat crude in mannerisms. Portion sizes are decent though, and prices fair. Chips and salsa are fresh.
Lunchtime today was at Alfredos... the restaurant looked clean however there was an oder in the air not sure if this is a regular thing. The food was ok, nothing spectacular for me. My sopapilla though that was absolutely delicious, I could taste and tell it was made fresh and that's what makes a delicious sopapilla. My date had the heuvos rancheros and although they weren't what we're used to, they were "ok" i had Tony's Fried taco I got two with shredded beef the taste was ok and the price I would say was reasonable for just the amount of stuff piled on the plates.
