Applebee's Grill + Bar

Absolutely worse dine in experience I’ve ever encountered. The waiter was pleasant and attentive however the food was over cooked and tasteless, the plates were dirty and the tables were barley wiped down. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted,the host just asked if there were 2 people, the overall atmosphere was ghetto fabulous. I will never be stepping foot in this establishment again!

Went to Applebee's for dinner with family, friends, associates and a few guests and had a nice time. Mr. Jonathan our waiter is the reason I gave them five star rating. He was doing a phenomenal job waiting on 8 tables and picking up the slack for others as well. He did not make excuses for the lack of help from others and did a damn good job of providing quality service. This young man should have a raise and be a manager. I would not be surprised if he was not cooking the food as well.

Slow, slow, slow service. Should have turned around at the door. Nobody was there to seat us when we walked in. Stood there for some time before someone came to seat us. We ordered our food and they brought the kids meal right out. Thought ok that was fast, then a few minutes later the appetizer arrived, ok this is going good, then ...................... 30 minutes later, still no food. Waitress was running the bar so she was busy with that. Appetizers gone, kids finished eating and getting restless, finally the food arrives. We were ready to leave by then. Definitely won't be back. It would be different if they were crowded and busy but they were far from that.
