The cheese enchiladas were cold. And not left out to long after being cooked-cold... as in never really cooked- cold. Even the cheese on top had never reached a melting temperature.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. I’ve been a regular here for quite a while and for the past 6-7 years it’s always been consistent for both my wife and I. My wife visits Albertacos once a week for their breakfast burritos. They are her addiction! The generous portion size for $7 of bacon, potatoes, cheese & egg make this her preferred breakfast burrito of choice in Colorado Springs. The tortilla is no slouch either and holds up well with all of the fillings. I can easily say this is my favorite place to get tacos. Just LOOK AT THOSE TOPPINGS. Granted I ordered 4 crunchy chicken tacos with no lettuce (just chicken and cheese) and they always overflow the tacos with chicken & cheese. This is perfect and their chicken is well seasoned. Another thing that is massively undervalued is that their crunch taco shells DO NOT BREAK. Their taco shells can hold all of that food in tact and don’t break or get soggy.
