Abo's Pizza

5 delivery orders in a row and I have asked for no marinara and paid for two sides of garlic butter. I get three sides of marinara and no garlic butter. This can't be that difficult I don't think I'm asking for a lot

Pizza was pretty good (half cheese and half pineapple/bacon) but the fried macaroni bites and funnel cake fries were over fried (or perhaps the oil is older). They accidently smoked the place out while we were there. But a very friendly staff and helpful. Food was very timely. And they have a cool chalk and coloring area for kids. We've been frequent customers here for the past 2.5 years. Honestly, the pizza is a great NY style pizza. It's the service that's just continued to go downhill and we cannot continue to recommend this place. I know there's staffing shortages in the restaurant industry but other pizza joints in the same area are not having the same issues. Incorrect orders, late orders, excuses galore. Tonight was the last straw for us. We ordered pizza with a 65 minute delivery time. After 90 minutes I called and was told the pizza was in the oven and would be delivered within 30 minutes. At 130 minutes I called again and was told the pizza had just come out of the oven and would be delivered shortly. At this point we cancelled our order. No pizza sits in the oven for 40 minutes. Cold pizza is not what we ordered. This has become the norm for this restaurant which again, is sad, because the pizza really is good. After getting to the point where we expect to be disappointed with the service here, we won
