Last night we finally made time to get over to A Sprig of Thyme. The atmosphere was intimate and very tasteful and relaxed. The staff was cordial and efficient. The food was incredible. I couldn't decide what to order. We settled on the tomato tartare and mushroom soup to start. She did the crab cakes while I ate the Shrimp and Soba. I polished it off with a coffee and the chocolate key lime mousse. Chef seasoned everything to perfection to deliver one of the best meals I have eaten. Bon Appetit.

One of my favorite places in Sarasota. An elegant interior designed to muffle sound so you can actually talk during your delicious meal. Friendly and welcoming with an interesting menu.
