Could have been the go-to Pho place of North St. Paul! Have eaten here at least 10 times now because the service in my first visit was very good. Two young ladies took my order, served, and cleaned the place. Had such a great experience in North St. Paul that I just kept coming back trying to get the same service again and again. Then the last 9 times… the service just keeps getting worse, and then the quality of food start going down also. Our waitress is always in a rush even when there’s not a rush. It’s so weird. And they take forever to clean a table, even in a no rush hour. And the place is starting to look gross for germs and foodborne illness to live. I wouldn’t return again after this time. Do better, do differently, and maybe I will return. Sorry, Achau.
The food here is of excellent quality and very authentic. The egg rolls are perfect. The staff and owners and warm and inviting. It was a very comfortable place for us to eat with our young children. We will be going here again.
The pho here is decent. The broth is good but noodles were a little too soggy. Everything else is good.
