Great rice noodle, wagyu beef is good quality, soup base delicious, the small pot spicy soup noodle is so good too nice level of spicy and good flavor, really nothing to complain. This restaurant is a new addition to the strip mall, located next to the AMC theater. This is primarily rice noodle ramen miishin and they come with everything from chicken to wagyu beef and mild no seasoning to hot/spicy. The owner Alan was very personable and sat down with us to explain the menu and everything. Menu is a QR code you scan when you come in. Prior reviews stated long wait times for food but this was not an issue for us at all as we got our food within 10 mins of ordering. Spicy braised beef was very good as well as the chicken miishin, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good ramen place. I loved the chicken it was very tender.
