Great dinner spot after a long day at a conference. The ravioli was amazing, so rich and filling and topped with crab. Truly a high-end dining experience and wonderful spot for a glass of wine with a colleague too. Between the market, bar and bistro there is something for everyone. The market has a great selection of sandwiches and snacks to purchase and take up to your room after a delayed flight. They have canned cocktails and wine by the half bottle for sale as well. The bar and restaurant have large tables for groups to gather and the service was really good too!!
this restaurant inside the Hyatt was a great bar scene, food was good, salmon was my favorite, cooked with a crisp outer and moist and flavorful inner. Breakfast buffet was a 10 with very good fruit and great oatmeal. Only disappointment was Breakfast buffet was not open every day ????, otherwise great customer service and good food!¡!
Shrimp fries on appetizer and draft beer were good!
