1911 Biscuits & Burgers

What a great find! Their burgers are out of this world juicy and delicious. I got their burger of the month, the Steak House Burger. It's a 1/4 lb. Angus burger topped with sautéed onions, balsamic reduction, goat cheese, spring mix and their own burger sauce. It was so finger licking good! Friends got a chili cheese burger, black bean burger, and smoked brisket burger. They devoured their burgers! Their fries were delicious and seasoned well. I would have liked it a lite bit crunchier but I still enjoyed what I had. The staff were very friendly! We will be back!

This was our first time trying 1911 and we were really impressed! We showed up at 12:30pm on a Sunday and did not realize that breakfast ends at noon. They were really nice and gave us a few breakfast options we could still try. We got chicken and cheese biscuits and home taters. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the "home taters" with the "tater sauce" were awesome. Overall a great experience ????

What a great concept! We had lunch and the brisket burger was absolutely incredibly delicious ????! The fries with cheese were equally delicious! Good service friendly atmosphere too! We drove 41 miles one way to check this place out and it was well worth it. Next we are going to try the breakfast menu!
