Arrived in the evening before dinner rush on a Saturday, there were nice open tables. You order at the front and they serve your table. There's a bar like area where there are some sports TV available. Parking is validated if you park in the next door building. The food is not bad, not quite like Westminster pho, but close. I had the veggie pho and it was fresh and tasty. Service was very good, friendly, and fast. They're not stingy with anything. Overall, good. My only complaint is the broth was a little light in onions.
