Zumpano's Ristorante & Pizzeria

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Took forever to get drinks and bread. Had 2 or 3 other tables come in after us and be seated and served before us. Ordered food waited 30 minutes or so for the waitress to come out and tell us they were out of what my husband ordered. He tryed ordering the Friday fish fry instead but they where out of that too. Mind you they have only been open for an hour and a half. Asked for more bread 4 different times. I ended up tipping a waitress that wasn't even ours because she helped our table more then our own waitress by asking if we needed anything, getting us boxes and taking care of our check for us. The bread was good the food was average and the service was just bad. Very disappointing visit. Forgot to mention they tryed charging us for a dinner we didn't even get

We did go on a busy Friday evening. Our daughters meal of shrimp scampi was served without any pasta on the plate. When we realized the waitress misunderstood what was ordered we asked for a small side of noodles since it should come with them and were charged $9.00 for noodles! Another person at our table ordered a salad as his entree and did not receive it until well after the rest of us received our entrees. Wow. I know things were busy and usually I'm undersanding but this was beyond a mediocre dining experience. Can't even say we would give it another chance.

We ordered 2 orders of Gnocchi which are 13 dollars on their online menu and added mozzarella cheese for an additional 2 dollars each. It came with either a salad or soup and garlic bread. Our total was 41.94. Nothing else was ordered. Went to pick up and the girl was like did you order two soups I said no it came with soup or salad and we got one of each. She removed the other soup from the bag and I questioned if we were charged for an additional soup which she stated no. Then I questioned the price and she stated there is a carry out fee. I said what and she goes it's only 2 dollars. We got home there was not much in the containers at all and my garlic bread was burnt. We will not be going back there. I have never heard of a restaurant charge a carry out fee before.
