Zorba's Gyros

The worst food ever, I have no idea where they got this reviews from. We stopped by the first time we made an order for $40 and we got spoiled tomatoes that made me throw up. The meet of the gyros and the Philly steak is super plain no taste as if you are eating boiled meat. I called and the asked me to return the food to get another one instead of making a refund. Bad customer service bad food. I will not advise any other to go try their food.

I hesitated to write this bc it’s such a gem in my neighborhood but seems like the word is out. The selection of food here is mind boggling. The gyro is off the spit and one sandwich is enough meat for two so I get an extra pita and share. The tsasiki sauce tastes very fresh. The tomato Basil soup with orzo and spinach is amazing. I’m not much of a soup person but yummm. Everything we’ve tried so far has been really good. If you like cookies and cream ice cream theirs is exceptional. My only complaint is that it’s not open late. They have breakfast sandwiches but they aren’t open early. They close at 7:30 or sooner most nights I believe. The people behind the counter are always very nice.

Zorba’s in Orland is the best gyros in town! The crisp it up right around the edges keeping the meat flavorful! The sauce is very homemade and fresh. If you’re looking for Greek items to have at home the store they have inside has what you’re looking for!
