Love this place. Love that fact that they have so many locations too! That way they don't see me coming in everyday!! Always consistant...even at every location. Well, except the airport deal but... Great Place and GREAT music!
We placed an order for a party platter this evening to feed 8 girls on a bachelorette trip. We called Zona Fresca and they were able to put together the most beautiful spread for us in only 20 minutes. Not only that, but even after expressing how quickly we needed the platter, we ended up being late for pick up. The staff at Zona Fresca could not have been more gracious or understanding. They kept our food warm and even offered additional salsa despite us being over 45 minutes later than anticipated. In addition to the amazing customer service and attention, the food itself was DELICIOUS and was an amazing value. It kept our entire bachelorette party full and we enjoyed it tremendously. Thank you Zona Fresca for everything, you saved our night and kept a group of girls SO happy! You are the very best!
This is so difficult for me to write... I come to this Zona often but this time its to hard for me to not write this review. I found a COCKAROACH in my gringo style tacos. I took one bite and was looking at the the other taco and noticed something. started picking at it and ended up being a cockroach. Me and my friends left in disgust and I hope management fixes their food cleanliness. I am expecting a refund at 5420 NE 22nd terr, unit 24, fort Lauderdale, 33308.
